Description

Titch Hill is a small-scale English wine project rooted in a family-run farm on the South Downs, working with a deeply low-intervention, nature-first approach. Set within a wider mixed farm of livestock, arable land and vineyard, the wines are made from estate-grown fruit on chalk soils, with organic principles, regenerative farming and a focus on biodiversity at the core. In the cellar, nothing is added—no yeast, sulphur, fining or filtration—resulting in expressive, small-batch wines that reflect both place and vintage with clarity. Alex Tristram and Sam Bunker lead the project, shaping a new, more raw and experimental edge to modern English wine.
