Rawlins Family Cider

Description
Rawlings Family Cider is a small, independent Somerset producer rooted in traditional farmhouse cider-making, working with handpicked fruit from local orchards and embracing the rhythms of each vintage. Fermentations are carried out using wild yeasts with minimal intervention—often without added sulphites—resulting in expressive, small-batch ciders that reflect both fruit and season. Each release is shaped by what the harvest gives, with a focus on keeved and naturally balanced styles that lean into texture, softness and drinkability rather than uniformity. At its core, Rawlings Family Cider is a modern expression of Somerset’s deep cider heritage—combining time-honoured methods with a more natural, low-intervention mindset led by founder Simon Rawlings.
