Numbers Urban Winery is a small-batch, East London–based project rooted in experimentation, accessibility and low-intervention winemaking. Working with English-grown grapes sourced from trusted growers, the wines are made with native fermentations, minimal sulphur and a patient, “bottle when ready” approach that prioritises expression over polish. The range leans into freshness and drinkability, often exploring alternative formats and looser styles that reflect both vintage and the energy of the city. At its core, Numbers embraces transparency and community—blurring the line between winery, bar and creative space. Founded by Hugh Thorn and Caroline Price, the project represents a modern, urban take on English low-intervention wine.
