Beare Green Winery is a small, Surrey Hills–based English wine project focused on precision, experimentation and low-intervention winemaking. Working with grapes sourced from leading vineyards across southern England, the wines are fermented with native yeasts and handled with a minimal-addition approach, allowing each site and vintage to speak clearly. Alongside more structured, clone-focused Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottlings, the range explores looser, more expressive styles—skin contact, alternative vessels and creative blends that lean into texture and individuality. At its core, Beare Green Winery is a collaborative project led by Jimmy Smith, Sam Hill and Bethany Paterson, bringing a modern, exploratory edge to English wine.
