Sandridge Barton is a Devon-based English wine estate rooted in over 40 years of winemaking heritage, evolving from the legacy of Sharpham into a more experimental, site-driven project in the Dart Valley. Working with estate-grown fruit on south-facing slopes, the winery focuses on regenerative farming and minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar, aiming to let soil, climate and vintage speak clearly through the wines. Alongside their more classic expressions, they’ve developed a more exploratory range, including skin contact, oxidative styles and lower-intervention bottlings that lean into texture, energy and individuality. Today, Sandridge Barton represents a meeting point between established English wine and a newer, more expressive direction.
